Support post-sales planning for service clients by handling inquiries, upselling, problem resolution, satisfaction surveys, and service analysis. Assist in data analysis for retention, churn, and NPS using VDO tools while interfacing with operations, engineering, and billing teams. Track client implementations involving APIs and webhooks, support authorized VDO networks for product and label analysis, and plan supplier cost reduction actions. Requires an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Computer Engineering, with intermediate English, Office, and Power BI skills.
