Monitor the distribution of all meals, verifying cooks' activities against established protocols, and oversee meal portioning. Extract patient data to feed satisfaction research and intake records. Accompany and execute sample extraction and temperature checks for meals. Transport meals to other business units within the institution. Perform relevant tasks for the Nutrition and Dietetics Service, including assisting with meal distribution and monitoring. Execute other related tasks of similar nature and complexity upon management or nutritionist request. Work Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 13:00 hours.
