Job Summary
Manage daily OTC Matrix operations by tracking orders, invoicing, and additional client needs while overseeing the loading schedule for bulk cement grout at five sites. Develop control plans for operational and tactical KPIs related to client service, then report metrics for shipment grid occupancy, the Matrix Billing Center, and performance of active contracts. Create materials and lead tactical meetings for the Order to Cash process, while supporting the sales platform and business intelligence tools as a key user. Track measurement and invoicing activities to ensure accurate reporting across logistics, manufacturing, and technical support functions.
Required Qualifications
- Estar cursando ensino superior, preferencialmente em áreas de exatas, ou possuir curso técnico completo.
- Ser comunicativo, ter facilidade de aprendizado e assiduidade
- Conhecimento em Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word e Project
