Job Summary
Conduct front-office check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities and terms. Manage back-office operations by aligning reservations with available vehicles, verifying campers, and preparing road trip kits. Perform quality control by maintaining campervans in top condition and addressing maintenance needs. Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues. This internship is compensated and includes online and on-the-job training in guest relations, logistics, and fleet coordination. Located at the Faro Depot in Loulé, Portugal, the role offers international exposure and potential integration into Indie Campers after completion.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate
- Field of Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles)
- Natural talent for connecting with people
