Job Summary
Support the legal team in tracking labor process cases managed by outsourced firms and update procedural information in the company's legal system. Request, organize, and monitor documents to support legal defenses and strategies, while providing assistance to outsourced offices regarding procedural steps. Manage internal signature flows and support related demands. Requires a law student in the 4th to 7th semester studying at night with basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. Located at Av. Paulista, São Paulo/SP, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 16:00. Benefits include Bradesco health and dental plans, transport and meal vouchers, and various employee perks.
Required Qualifications
- Cursando Direito entre o 4o e 7o semestre
- Estar estudando no período noturno
- Conhecimento básico em Microsoft Word e Excel
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal
- Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade
- Disposição para aprender e se desenvolver na área trabalhista corporativa
Desired Qualifications
- Já tiver experiência prévia com Direito do Trabalho
- Conhecer ferramentas de gestão de processos jurídicos
- Pacote Office avançado
