Job Summary
Coordinate and align architectural projects across all design stages, including drafting executive drawings when needed. Solicit supplier proposals and quotations, manage contracts, authorizations, advances, and service orders. Extract material quantities from architectural designs for cost control and budgeting, while calculating legal area compositions for the product. Develop incorporation materials such as project descriptions, contract plans, and legal drawings. Requires one year and six months of study in Architecture and Urbanism, with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, plus intermediate PowerPoint and basic MS Project skills. Based in Recife - Pina, this 30-hour weekly role offers medical, dental, meal allowance, Gympass, and transport benefits.
