Job Summary
Prepare and manage trademark notifications, responses, and client reports while overseeing takedown requests on marketplaces and social media platforms. Conduct online investigations to identify infringements and draft client emails detailing infractions found. Perform these tasks within the Patents-Life Sciences team at the Rio de Janeiro office. Requires a law degree from the 6th period onward, advanced English proficiency, and intermediate Spanish skills. English and Spanish fluency are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação em Direito, a partir do 6o período
- Possuir conhecimento em Pacote Office
