Estágio Comercial - AFYA Unigranrio

Conduct in-person, telephone, and digital outreach to students, parents, and leads. Execute active prospecting and guide the commercial process through to enrollment. Support enrollment, re-enrollment, retention, and delinquent recovery efforts. Capture external leads from businesses, schools, commerce, partners, and events. Participate in commercial campaigns and vestibular periods. Register and update all interactions within the CRM and internal systems. Create and publish social media content including Stories, Reels, photos, and videos. Engage with followers and potential students across digital channels. Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and post-sales follow-ups. Attend internal meetings, trainings, and workshops. Provide administrative support to the Commercial sector.
