Job Summary
Support people and management processes at the Maravilha-SC factory, providing assistance with HR metrics, development actions, climate and engagement initiatives, internal communication, and employee support. Track key performance indicators, foster team growth, and help leaders achieve business objectives through direct on-the-ground engagement. Requirements include being currently enrolled in a higher education program with graduation expected by July 2027, coupled with a proactive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn through hands-on experience. The role offers a monthly allowance of R$ 1,600.00, transportation subsidy, on-site meals, and access to wellness programs, with a strong potential for permanent employment.
Required Qualifications
- Estar cursando ensino superior (todos os cursos são bem-vindos!)
- Ter previsão de formatura a partir de Julho de 2027
