Job Summary
Conduct internal performance management support by organizing sustainability rituals, answering client tickets, and assisting with payroll tasks including invoice entry. Build governance indicators, create templates and dashboards, and guide employees through the full performance management process. Requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, with intermediate English a plus. Role is hybrid in POA-RS.
