Job Summary
Provide technical support to users and monitor help desk tickets. Install, configure operating systems, software, and hardware. Assist in maintenance and configuration of printers and mobile devices. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Requires a current degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic Office skills and English proficiency are required. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 with a one-hour break. Location is Ribeirão Preto, SP. Competitive salary, transportation allowance, and onsite meal provided.

- Cursando ensino superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Gestão de Informática e áreas afins
- Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office
