Conduct price quotations and research, assist in creating comparative proposal maps, and issue purchase requisitions within the system. Track orders from request to delivery, register and update product and supplier data, and support prospecting with new vendors. Monitor delivery deadlines, assist in confirming orders and receiving invoices, and update spreadsheets for inventory controls and replenishment needs. Help prepare supply area reports and indicators. This internship supports the logistics operations of a health group with over 45 years of experience serving more than 100,000 patients across Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
