Job Summary
Support the IT Helpdesk by assisting with colleague inquiries, gathering additional information for ticket resolution and routing, and providing internal and external user support across various company systems. Test and homologate technologies that offer solutions while handling relevant administrative routines. Listen attentively to user feedback, respond quickly to requests, and actively seek new knowledge to improve daily operations. This entry-level opportunity is part of the 2026 Internship Program at Condor, the largest toothbrush factory in Latin America, offering a chance to begin a professional career within a leading hygiene product manufacturer.
Required Qualifications
- Cursando ensino superior em tecnologias da informação ou afins
- preferencialmente estar realizando o primeiro ou segundo ano
- Saber ouvir o que o os usuários têm a dizer
- Ser ágil na resposta e no atendimento
- Estar sempre em busca de informação e novos conhecimentos
- Ser uma pessoa sociável, humilde e aberta às ideias
- Horário de trabalho das 07:30 às 14:30, com uma hora de intervalo
