Conduct financial, accounting, and corporate information gathering for M&A and tax planning analyses. Support financial statement reviews and build valuation spreadsheets. Analyze tax regimes and fiscal incentives. Consolidate data and prepare reports and presentations for the board. This internship requires a current degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Law, or Engineering. Intermediate Excel skills and strong written communication are essential.
