Develop small automations to optimize activities and processes using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms. Create and maintain workflows while supporting RPA initiatives and leveraging generative AI for analysis, documentation, and solution prototyping. Map processes to identify improvement opportunities and assist in testing and homologation of new digital features. Research emerging technologies and trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation. Apply logic programming skills with knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and SQL, Python, or Power BI. This role supports Cyrela's mission to transform real estate spaces through innovation and sustainability, offering a hybrid schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
