Job Summary
Execute patient safety and infection prevention activities after training, verifying adherence to protocols and structured checklists across hospital sectors. Conduct sectoral audits, compile data, and present monthly and quarterly reports while analyzing critical results. Assist in updating patient precaution spreadsheets and support surgical discharges through phone verification. Submit a final project detailing contributions to patient safety. Requires nursing students in 3rd through 6th periods with completed semiotics and semiotecnia. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 1pm or 1pm to 7pm, with a monthly stipend of R$ 1,170.00 for 150 hours. Includes lunch, transport allowance, food allowance, and access to UptoDate and partner course discounts.
