Job Summary
Create and monitor interactive dashboards and management reports for the People area. Support operational flow and report automation using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Collect, clean, and consolidate data from HR systems and spreadsheets. Assist in cross-referencing data and preparing statistical/predictive studies to map workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the creation of materials and reports for meetings with leadership and partner areas. This entry-level role is part of the Inspira Rede de Educadores HR team, which focuses on transforming data into strategic insights to drive company-wide decisions. The position requires a student in Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics with intermediate Excel skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharia, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel
- Interesse por análise de dados, indicadores e tecnologia
- Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com vontade de aprender
