Manage the sales funnel and support new lead acquisition by assisting the marketing and digital sales teams. Update sales support materials by coordinating with external graphic agencies and actively develop social media content strategies through trend research and adaptation. Coordinate gift logistics from procurement and production through storage and distribution, while assembling marketing emails on RD Station after internal training. Administer invoice launches in the company system, track payments, and maintain monthly budget control spreadsheets. Assist with content recording sessions at the office and occasional operational visits.
