Estagiário(a) de Direito – Societário (POA)

Support the corporate and contractual law team with routine legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing corporate acts, contracts, and reports. Conduct legal research, organize documents and information, and monitor registrations with commercial courts and other agencies. This internship is part of the Escola da Advocacia (EAJCS), a program recognized nationally for its focus on intellectual and professional development. The role requires students in their fourth semester of law and offers a career development plan, visa support, and a 6-hour daily schedule.
