Support the homeroom teacher in classroom and extracurricular activities for inclusive students. Assist in drafting descriptive reports, individual development plans, and adapting materials to specific student needs. Observe learners, record daily events, and communicate relevant situations to teachers and families. Manage student daily needs including hygiene, toileting, and bathing under supervision. Organize the classroom, assist with field trips, and ensure safe drop-offs. Execute differentiated pedagogical strategies and maintain a healthy learning environment while respecting each student's uniqueness.
