Job Summary
Establish our new Urology service line at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, a 145-bed Level III Trauma Center between Boise and Spokane. Lead a busy, hospital-employed practice with a full support team, managing approximately 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours daily. Utilize the DaVinci Xi robotic system to pioneer advanced urologic procedures in this new service line. Obtain full medical professional licensure in Idaho and DEA authority with prescriptive rights. Compensation includes a base salary starting at $560K plus RVU production incentives or pure production, a $50K sign-on bonus, and 25+ days PTO. The call schedule is negotiable.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Urology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
