Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair dental equipment while coordinating repairs sent directly from customers and technicians to vendors. Contact service vendors to manage repair logistics and ensure timely resolution of field issues. Prioritize customer service to deliver quality, innovative, and high-standard performance that achieves superior customer satisfaction. This role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. An education in mechanical or electrical technology is an asset.
