Job Summary
Led structuring and execution of complex deals across the Prologis Essentials business, owning pricing, underwriting, and contract terms to align with margins and risk frameworks; driving end-to-end deal execution from intake to close and partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and IT; scaling deal workflows using CLM and CRM, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to accelerate proposal generation, approvals, and data workflows; building scalable processes and providing mentorship within the Deal Desk; strong financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration to enable rapid growth and improved efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 4+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or related fields with focus on deal structuring, pricing, or underwriting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex deal structures, pricing, and margins
- Experience independently managing end-to-end deal execution in fast-paced environments with tight timelines
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, IT)
- Experience using and improving CRM/CLM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to drive efficiency
- Willingness to travel occasionally
