Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and small group instructional intervention services to struggling students in grades K-5, with a strong focus on literacy and math. Collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and school leadership on the identification and analysis of student achievement. Work 7.5 hours per day across 88 instructional days for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports Crossroads Elementary's commitment to equitable education for students requiring additional academic assistance.
