Esports Ambassador

Maintain cleanliness of Arena play areas, game stations, bathrooms, and hallways while ensuring all supplies and player station setups are completed. Answer telephones, take reservations for game stations and amenities, and coordinate the assignment of game stations to guests. Provide warm greetings, identify yourself as the guest's personal Esports Ambassador, and use the guest's name during interactions. Assist with equipment setup, guide guests through login processes, and explain game features including the Esports App. Obtain payment prior to seating and offer additional services such as game time sales and information on amenities, sister properties, and upcoming events. Resolve complaints, enforce rules courteously, and prepare the venue for special events. Notify management of unsafe conditions and adhere to safety policies.
