Establish and develop solid relationships with healthcare professionals at key hospitals in the area. Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Hospital Pharmacy, Management, and Medical Direction, as well as Pharmacy Committees. Identify and collaborate with local opinion leaders across various medical specialties including cardiovascular, traumatology, surgery, and internal medicine. Facilitate the introduction of new drugs into hospitals by understanding protocols, required documentation, and necessary steps. Conduct sales analysis to create and execute an Action Plan for each hospital area. Ensure high-quality, rigorously scientific visits aligned with company values. This role supports the specialized sales team of over 260 people promoting products to hospitals and pharmacies.
