Job Summary
Provide voice-based solutions for customer inquiries regarding business, products, orders, bonuses, and digital platforms. Understand client needs and resolve doubts while managing simultaneous interactions across multiple channels. Maintain empathy and accountability when handling public service situations. Shifts run from 10:00 to 18:12 and 11:20 to 19:32, with a monthly schedule of 180 hours across five days and two variable days off. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma and strong verbal communication skills. Located at the Sede unit in São Paulo's Zona Sul, this role supports the team in delivering consistent client support.
