Job Summary
Register, analyze, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer claims and deductions, including those related to returns and rejections. Ensure all cases meet market-defined response times for resolution and collection. Manage assigned accounts reliably and communicate directly with customers and managers regarding disputes, differences, and clarifications. Requires 2 years of experience in retail deduction handling, solid knowledge of retail accounts, and advanced English proficiency for reporting to the US. Salary starts at $20,000 monthly with a $2,000 productivity bonus. Location is Roma, with home office available after three months.
Required Qualifications
- 2 años de experiencia en manejo de deducciones en cadena
- Sólidos conocimientos de cuentas de retail
- Experiencia en seguimiento de cobranza, disputas, diferencias y aclaraciones
- Proactivo en la comunicación directa con clientes, así como con los gestores
- Administración fiable de cuentas asignadas
- Manejo de SAP
- Inglés avanzado
