Job Summary

Join PwC as a dynamic and highly motivated professional in the Compensation team, focusing on operational management of flexible compensation plans including enrollment, benefit tracking, and issue resolution. Support in payroll calculation and review, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations, and coordinate with external benefits providers for accounting integration. Collaborate on reports related to compensation and labor costs, assist with payroll accounting in ERP (ideally SAP), and participate in projects for digitalization and process automation. Requires a degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Finance or similar, with a strong foundation in payroll and fiscal regulations, and advanced Excel skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in flexible compensation, payroll or labor taxation
  • Practical knowledge of applicable tax and labor regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and continuous improvement orientation
  • High level of English
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Power BI and Teams
