Manage procurement and subcontracting activities by selecting, analyzing, and investigating suppliers to secure the best cost, quality, and timely delivery for assigned projects. Obtain, track, and review quotations for project inputs and specialties while verifying specifications, price, and delivery schedules. Execute administrative oversight of works and contracts, generate comparative pricing tables, and place purchase orders ensuring material arrival on site. Report any service or work discrepancies from providers. Requires an Architect or Civil Engineer with four years of construction procurement and project administration experience, including Opus knowledge. Based in Mexico City, Polanco, with a 8 am to 6 pm schedule and Saturday remote work.
