Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs. Review resumes to identify qualified applicants, conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews, and coordinate scheduling between hiring managers and candidates. Facilitate the selection process by administering evaluations, verifying references, and extending job offers while maintaining strong candidate relationships. Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate daily and weekly recruitment reports. Submit to a Level II background check, drug screening, and complete a pre-employment assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Título universitario en recursos humanos o combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia
- Experiencia comprobada como Especialista en Adquisición de Talento, Reclutador o un rol similar
- Sólida comprensión de los principios y prácticas de reclutamiento
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Dominio en el uso de sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y otras herramientas de reclutamiento
- Alto nivel de profesionalismo e integridad
- Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
