Procurement-focused role in Campinas, supporting procurement for construction and heavy equipment projects. With Procurement Manager’s assistance, responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the project procurement plan, reviewing and assisting with Single Source Justifications, and preparing Scope of Work documents. Perform OFCI buyer/expediting duties with cross-team coordination; establish Negotiation Plans and participate in negotiations. Manage RFx processes including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings; process change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Aid in implementing new contract process controls and regularly communicate with the home office on procurement matters. Produce accurate reports for project teams, stakeholders, and clients; continually propose industry standards and process improvements. Conduct price analysis, modeling, and purchase-price cost analysis to identify competitive benchmarks. Must have experience with equipment buying and expediting; construction experience is desirable. Fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish as a plus.
