Especialista de Operaciones Comerciales (Sales Operations)

Drive sales initiatives, campaigns, and commercial plans to maximize sales force results. Act as the bridge between commercial teams and corporate areas to ensure aligned execution. Guarantee the sales force has necessary information, tools, and support for daily activities. Coordinate the tracking of targets, incentives, promotions, and commercial outcomes. Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization of commercial processes and operations. Report to the Sales Operations Manager with no direct team management. This role supports the central Madrid office within Makro's international distribution network for the HoReCa sector.
