Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude while maintaining eye contact and communicating clearly. Walk the dining room to check on guests, notice their needs before being asked, and offer refills or assistance with sauces, napkins, and utensils. Keep the dining room, restrooms, and common areas clean by removing trays, taking out trash, and supporting overall cleanliness. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while following all Chick-fil-A standards and policies. This role includes flexible scheduling with Sundays off and opportunities for growth under an experienced Owner/Operator.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry 30–60 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Consistent and reliable
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with Guests
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Passion for serving others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
