Supervise CAPEX/OPEX consumption, including contracts and execution impacts, while developing corrective action plans to recover budget deviations. Lead detailed budget management, analyzing trends, cash flow, and cost variance (CPI) to ensure project delivery within financial targets. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and safety standards.
