ESPECIALISTA CONTABLE (ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST)

Job Summary
Ensure the reliability and quality of monthly and annual accounts while adhering to fiscal accounting standards. Optimize and secure internal processes by designing, documenting, and communicating workflows to stakeholders. Act as a financial partner by providing financial information and alerts regarding enterprise risks such as fraud and regulatory compliance, along with associated mitigation controls. This role is based in Bogotá and requires a minimum of three years of experience in similar positions, with proficiency in office tools and knowledge of international financial principles. Required Qualifications
- Professional in Administration, Public Accounting, Economist and/or similar
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles
- Expert handling of office tools
- Knowledge in internal control principles, accounting, taxes, company knowledge and international/financial standards
- Knowledge of English (minimum B1)
- Challenge-oriented, service skills, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and functional leadership
