Review shift logs and daily memo books to prioritize outstanding requests from the previous day and monitor the club lounge for seating, service, and guest well-being. Serve as a departmental role model by ensuring employee compliance with company standards, reporting accidents, and completing safety training. Welcome all guests with genuine appreciation, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships with the team.
