Job Summary
Manage and monetize the business client portfolio through close relationships, consultative service, and tailored financial solutions. Conduct a 100% external routine involving client visits to expand the base of companies with annual revenue between R$500k and R$10 million. Perform portfolio risk management to ensure business quality and sustainable growth while maintaining personalized, high-excellence service standards. Requires CPA-10 certification, full degree, and experience with business client portfolio and credit products. Full-time role with variable remuneration, medical/dental assistance, food allowance, and Gympass benefits.

- Graduação completa
- Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes PJ
- Experiência com produtos de crédito
- Disciplina em executar o modelo estabelecido
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita
- Empatia e relacionamento
- Forte habilidade comercial e de negociação

- Pós-graduação
- Experiência com clientes de faturamento até 10 MM
