Job Summary
Assist Site Leader in operating the car wash and overseeing day-to-day operations; drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs; coach and develop staff; ensure safety, policy, and brand standards are followed; lead the team in the Site Leader’s absence; maintain customer service, site appearance, equipment functionality, and overall profitability while delivering high levels of guest satisfaction. Requires working outdoors in all weather, ability to work at least 45 hours per week including weekends/holidays, and strong organizational, communication, and safety skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
