The role involves developing custom communication materials and collaborating with internal teams to execute communication plans. Required skills include strong written and verbal communication, public speaking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of related experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience delivering presentations, trainings, or educational content to groups
- 1–3 years of experience developing communication materials, presentations, or learning tools
- Public speaking and facilitation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting or delivering training, workshops, or presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital or print marketing
- Video editing experience
- Knowledge of ESOPs or qualified benefit plans
- Fluency in Spanish
