ESL Language Facilitator (Instructional Assistant)

ESL Language Facilitator (Instructional Assistant) supports the teacher by assisting in the instruction of limited-English proficient students in the regular classroom to improve academic success and reduce dropout rates. Responsibilities include supporting bilingual instructional activities, scaffolding language and content, adapting materials for LEP students, monitoring progress, collaborating with teachers, and helping maintain an inclusive, supportive learning environment to promote student achievement.
