Job Summary
Teach all courses as assigned in the scheduled period of instruction, preparing course syllabi and lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes. Mark and evaluate in-class work while maintaining accurate records. Attend pre-sessional orientation sessions and post-session grade review meetings. Communicate professionally with colleagues and staff, and participate in departmental meetings, closing ceremonies, and orientation events. This part-time role (130 hours) runs from September 16 to December 16, 2026, with a salary of $35.55-$37.88/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- TESL Certificate with a supervised practicum
- Master's level qualifications in related areas – e.g. Applied Linguistics, English, Languages
Desired Qualifications
- post-secondary teaching experience, especially in ESL/EFL, and particularly overseas
