Job Summary
Teach adult English-language learners in a CEA-accredited ESL school using an established curriculum and provided instructional materials. Deliver five instructional hours per day with two 15-minute breaks, available during daytime blocks (Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) or evening sessions (Monday and Thursday, 4:15 p.m.–9:45 p.m.). Work on-site with approximately 5–10 teaching hours weekly, focusing on student engagement and classroom management within a collaborative academic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TESOL, TEFL, TESL, CELTA, DELTA, or a comparable credential, or current enrollment in a related certification or degree program
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, or equivalent applications
- This is an on-site position and cannot be performed remotely
Desired Qualifications
- Experience teaching English as a Second Language; experience with adult learners is strongly preferred
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, Second Language Acquisition, or a closely related field are encouraged to apply
