ESL / Dual-Language Instructional Coach

ESL/Dual-Language Instructional Coach position focusing on building teacher capacity in English as a Second Language pedagogy for English learners. Responsibilities include developing high-quality language instruction aligned with TEA guidelines, improving students’ English proficiency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, coordinating with campuses to implement language instruction programs, providing district- and campus-level staff development, integrating educational technology, and promoting parental and community participation. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, experience with data analysis, and ability to contribute to district curriculum development and program evaluation. Master’s degree preferred; 3 years of ESL instruction experience and competency in reading instruction are emphasized. Bilingual ability preferred.
