Job Summary
Experienced workers’ compensation claims representative to handle and maintain workers’ compensation claims and file reviews under general supervision. Responsibilities include investigating claims to determine extent of injury, reserving and effective case management, applying medical cost containment measures to control loss payouts, reviewing claim status and developing strategies to move claims to closure, and delivering superior customer service through clear communication and adherence to ESIS processes and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience handling workers' compensation claims
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and meet objectives
- Knowledge of statutory reporting and licensing requirements across jurisdictions
