ESIS Senior Claims Representative, WC

Investigate and resolve workers' compensation claims promptly and fairly in accordance with established best practices. Manage new claim assignments, review policy information to determine obligation limits, and interview insureds, physicians, attorneys, and witnesses to gather necessary evidence. Evaluate facts to assess liability, prepare reports on settlements and denials, and set reserves within authority limits. Arrange surveys, expert evaluations, and litigation file management while obtaining releases and issuing payment drafts. Assist the Team Leader in developing process improvements, participating in file audits, and preparing cases for trial by arranging witness attendance. Maintain strong relationships with agents, underwriters, and stakeholders to minimize exposure and ensure timely claim resolution.
