ESIS Claims Representative, AGL

Investigate and resolve auto, general, and liability claims by reviewing policy obligations, interviewing stakeholders, and appraising property damage. Evaluate gathered facts to determine liability extent, set reserves within authority limits, and prepare reports for settlements, denials, and evaluations. Obtain necessary releases and drafts for payments while notifying claimants of denials when applicable. Submit adverse exposures for review and assist the Team Leader in developing process improvements. Resolve claims promptly and fairly in accordance with established best practices.
