Job Summary
Lead the Safety, Hygiene, and Environment Department in the manufacturing location, managing asset protection programs to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental impacts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting a safe environment within facilities and implementing ESH programs such as LOTO and behavior-based initiatives. Identify and solve complex ESH problems while leading multidisciplinary teams and managing health department staff. Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, and NOMS regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration with ESH expertise, project management skills, and advanced English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree on engineering, administration or similar
- Experience in the ESH area
- Knowledge and expertise with ISO (applicable to ESH) and OHSAS
- Expert in regulatory matters
- Experience managing Health department (team of doctors and nurses)
- Expert identifying and solving ESH problems
- Experience implementing ESH programs, such as LOTO, ESH based on behaviors and similar
- Project management
- Experience with NOMS applicable to ESH
- Experience leading multidisciplinary work teams
- English - Advanced
