Job Summary
Develop and monitor ESH policies, programs, and standards for the LBNF/DUNE Near Site while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Initiate division-specific procedures, lead hazard analysis processes, and conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to drive corrective actions and trend analysis. Provide daily oversight to subcontractor ESH managers and construction teams, review engineering documents for code compliance, and serve as the primary contact for all ESH-related stakeholder inquiries. Submit performance reports to management and actively participate in laboratory ESH subcommittees to implement organizational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ESH and discipline or related field and 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of experience
- High School diploma, technical certifications and 20 years applicable experience
- Managerial
- Environmental Protection
- Occupational Safety
- Industrial Hygiene
- HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential
- Federal background check investigation
- Declaration of illegal drug activities
- REAL-ID, or equivalent
