Conduct supplier ESG risk management and improvement initiatives by deploying the Renesas Code of Conduct, managing compliance, and executing surveys for chemical substance usage and BCM. Implement and analyze ESG SAQ self-assessment questionnaires, evaluate risks, and provide feedback to suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain the supply chain ESG management system while responding to external disclosures based on laws, customer requirements, and industry standards. Facilitate communication with suppliers to drive corrective actions and operational improvements. Requires experience in manufacturing procurement and ESG-related tasks, including data analysis and reporting. Full-time role with hybrid work model (two days remote) and on-site days from Tuesday to Thursday.
